TUSTIN ARCH MONUMENT

No Project too Large

The City of Tustin, CA, is in the midst of constructing a 1,600 hundred acres planned community that will ultimately consist of more than 4,000 residential units, 9,000,000 square feet of commercial and institutional development, and acres of open space parks and recreation. To signify the entry point to such a massive development, RSM designed what has quickly become the statement piece of the entire development. This entry structure consists of a 48’ wide x 31’ tall three-tiered fabricated aluminum arch structure with internal illumination, and 5’ tall halo-illuminated letters mounted onto over-sized integrally colored precast concrete letterforms which are mounted to a 72’ long stand-alone precast concrete wall. This iconic element is a rare combination of enormous scale, extreme complexity, and exquisite craftsmanship.
