Sycuan Casino is locatedin the Dehesa Valley, only 30 minutes east of downtown San Diego, CA. It was developed and run by the Sycuan Tribe of the Kumeyaay Nation, and it sits adjacent to the Sycuan Resort which features an award-winning 54 hole golf course. Lorenc + Yoo designed basic architectural signage and wayfinding as well as a variety of illuminated signs to identify the various amenities throughout the casino. CRĒO fabricated all of the signage, including the Live and Up Close element which included not only the letter forms, but the illuminated slat wall that surrounds the opening in the wall and supports the letters.
