A distinctive addition to the Bellevue, Washington skyline, One88 is a 21-story high-rise that features 147 luxury condominiums and 2,900 square feet of retail space. CREO worked with the team at Bosa Development to custom fabricate unique elements including an illuminated feature behind the reception desk and ornate metal structures that divide the reception area from the rest of the lobby. On the rooftop deck, CREO installed an elaborate metal trellis and other decorative metal sculptures helping create a peaceful terrace retreat.
