The Trails at Silverdale is a 212,000 square foot, open-air, mixed-use retail destination, in Silverdale, WA. The distinctive and vibrant design is hard to miss by passers-by on the adjacent highway, as the mixture of both neon and LED technology creates a powerful visual that draws customers to the location. Other elements of this project include 25-foot tall aluminum pylon signs with a convincing faux-wood finish, graphic displays attached to the tiered project retaining wall, and pedestrian level directional signs, all of which create a sense of place that is distinctly Pacific Northwest.
