The client needed to contain costs on this series of eight residential developments with nearly 3,000 units. However, they didn’t want to sacrifice quality or alter the design intent. The solution involved the use of uniform sizes, materials, logos and fonts throughout the properties, while incorporating a wide variety of faux finishes to give each property its own unique feel. Though each property required extensive submittals to ensure just the right finishes, we documented, permitted, fabricated, and installed these properties in the Puget Sound area in less than six months.
