Job Summary:

The role of the Marketing Specialist is to develop and execute various marketing activities, and provide support to the sales team, assisting them with proposals, presentations and other tools they use to promote CREO and deliver proposals.


Job Expectations:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies.
  • Work with outside vendors to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and support CREO’s participation in events and trade shows.
  • Manage the photographing of projects both in process and final project images.
  • Solicit client testimonials from designers and clients after project completion.
  • Maintain and update collateral.
  • Oversee and manage the production of project videos.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 + years’ experience in a lead marketing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with emphasis on persuasive writing for proposals and presentations.
  • Experience managing public relations activities.
  • Strong social media skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
